Frankford Arsenal Primer Tube Filler

Never heard of the thing before today so watched a few u-tube vids and they sure seemed to work ok for those guys. I do consider the "chicken picking" tube filling the worst part of progressive reloading, detest it actually, so I will be getting one of those from "Santa".

Exactly why I bought the vibratory primer tube filler.

Does it work? Yes, mostly. It's a hell of a lot faster than hunt and peck. Once I gave up on the idea of flawless function the Vibra Prime and I got to know one another, lol. Here are some of the things I did to help cut down or resolve any jams.

- I took the black plastic adapter off the original tubes so I can slide my Dillon pickup tubes in an out (you have to remove the yellow/green peckn' ends from the Dillon tubes).

- I keep the plastic Dillon low primer warning rod handy. When a primer gets jammed I slide out the Dillon pickup tube and run the Dillon low primer warning rod up through the black plastic adapter forcing the stuck primer back into the loading tray section. Once the jam is cleared I slide the Dillon pickup tube back into the black plastic adapter and continue loading.

- I hold the Vibra Prime at an angle that seems to promote better function. It's hard to describe but since the apparatus is shaped like a handgun it would be down at the muzzle and tilted to the right approximately 30°.
