IBTL They are clearly stupid, vBulletin Solutions doesn't even host CGN website, they are simply the software company that created the bulletin board software.
It would be the same as suing Microsoft because someone wrote a letter using Word. But yet they have vBulletin Solutions for almost half of their "demand letter" lol
They can't spell, or write numbers properly on their website, whoever is behind CWA should just pack up and go back where ever they came from.

I don't see any value in that C&D, it can come from anybody on the Internet. These is no way to authenticate the legitimacy of the message. Obviously, the person doing that has no clue how the Internet works.My mistake look down

What does Launchpad have to do with anything? That is where you registered your domain, and your webhosting is with HostGator? Again I fail to see what that has to do with anything on CGN? You as a Launchpad/Hostgator client are obligated to abide by their policies and terms of use, I personally or CGN have nothing to do with them.
So please tell me what I am "Obviously" missing?
I am writing a nice letter and sending it to Hostgator Abuse Dept. though, to alert them that you are defrauding customers. I am sure that is against their Terms of Use, and hopefully they will shutdown your website.

I'm sorry but i just went to their 'site', commas instead of decimals and dollars signs at the back of the value...and they label themselves as Canadian...wouldnt catch me dropping a dime there.
