Fraudulent ads on Gunbroker targeting Can Antique buyers

Just a heads up to those who are considering buying an antique revolver and importing from USA. There are a number of fraudulent ads on Gunbroker targeting the Canadian buyers. These ads are often sellers with no feedback, and contain pictures stolen from web. The ad is often pasted as well and contain “no pal” or “f&f only serious buyers”
Buyers Beware! Always Deal with someone who has lots of feedback from other long established gunbroker users.

There are very few people I would deal with individually out of the States. Not that their all bad people, but without any kind of reputation that I can verify, forget it. Stick with the reputable companies & antique dealers. Sure you pay a little more, but their descriptions are spot on or a little on the conservative side. And remember if it sounds like a deal to good too be true... That's cause it isn't... Greed always trips buyers up.
