The AK is deactivated, therefor unregulated (No longer considered a firearm). The deal included either a Tokarev pistol (restricted) or it could be swapped for an SKS (non-Restricted)

allways the haters come out. I think that Marstar could give away something for completely free AND pay for shipping and the haters would still whine.

functioning ones are, dewats are as stated; fancy looking paper weights. But they fetch a premium due to the rarity factor. Why people ##### about what people want to spend THEIR money on is beyond me... but hey, to each their own.

I still dont get why people are buying these things on the EE,
you are basically buying someone else a SKS, SVT, Ammo for both, and a T-33.

especially since this is the fourth time this deal has come up and those people that paid $1000 would have had three working guns as well, had they waited.

There will always be interesting things coming from Marstar, just hold onto your cash.

PS John, I would still like a working T-55 MBT, but if it helps to import it the gun can be dewat.
