I have been having issues with posting youtube how is it done?

In the following exapmple replace the {} brackets with [] brackets

Every Youtube URL looks kinda like this. Copy averything after the = sign
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GemKqzILV4w&ob=av2n

{youtube}GemKqzILV4w&ob=av2n{/youtube}

replace {} with [] and get this!
