If I'm going to be buying a firearm (or win one) I'd willingly give you the info necessary to complete the transaction, but you don't need my home address and birthdate, for example, just to let me sign up for some web shopping.

Nice idea otherwise, though.

You dont have to give out any information if you just want to look at the site. People register with the shopping cart in order to make purchases. There is no reason to register unless you are planning to buy. How exactly are we suppose to sell and ship someone a firearm if we dont know ware to ship or have the transfer info????

Generous, but identity theft is huge right now, I don't give out any information that isn't necessary.

Wouldn't it be better to just take names and e-mail addresses and draw a winner from that list? I'm sure the eligible winner would be delighted to supply you with whatever info you need then.
