I don’t think that’s what he was saying. You’ll cause minimal marking on the steel under 2850 over that I’m sure the longevity of the target may be reduced. I’m definately in for some target hangers, are these stocked regularly?

ARs are no problem but keep in mind shooting at 50 yards T21 nor AR500 will last forever
....3/8 would be a better choice if the ranges are short and the impacts on the fast side
 
We are using these targets on a few stages at the SAPRL event in Taber this weekend and looking forward to everyone's feedback!

Thank you Insite for bringing your targets out to the match!

I bought a 1/4" thick 33% IPSC and a 3/8" 50% IPSC at the match and took them out for a fathers day shoot with my dad. You guys were right the 1/4" has a much louder ring to it, as dad said "it sounds like an old cast iron bell!!!".

The target hanger design for a T-post is super slick awesome work guys I'll have to get some more at the next match.

These were shot from 50 - 150 yards with .22lr I can't wait to get the 6 and 6.5's on these and hear them ring.
