Free Lee Reloader press with Lee reloading manual?

While I was looking for a good starter reloading manual, I stumbled upon Lee's Anniversary pack including Modern Reloading second edition from Richard Lee and they throw in a free press, now I know for 40USD it might not be the best press, but hey 40USD, why not? (I already have my 550B)


my question is, would it be possible to order direct from Lee or would I have to deal with a Lee authorized dealer in Canada? Does anyone know one?

EDIT: oh and does anyone know about the quality of this manual? I was about to buy Speer's, is it comparable?

I purchased that lee press from wholesale sports for $30 bucks, found out about the offer later on (a week later) and contacted Lee directly and they sent me the manual for $12.... and the press works great....mind you I am just an occasional loader.....

yeah well I already have a press, but hey a press and a manual for 40 bucks, thats great and I'd reload only oddball calibers on it instead of changing caliber on my progressive
