Venture One is free to sign up for and the free shipping you do online and print the labels.

It's a great deal, get on it.

Clear your cache/cookies, try again. Try another browser. If it still gives you an error, contact CP. It ain't normal.

Maybe do a password reset?

It has to be online and you need to sign up for a free Venture One membership.
Also you have to send it as an Expedited Parcel and the online shipment must be done on Tuesday.

If you have trouble logging in do the password reset and\or have them email you with your user name, very common to forget these.

I'm already a "member" from the Venture days? could that be the problem? I can login to my account but when I go to the "shipping" page I get the error? very frustrating!!

Hey Mildot, it sounds like it's just an issue with your computer.
Go somewhere else and try a different computer.

I think you will find its only for those signing up and its one parcel. Not free every Tuesday, for all parcels, etc

It's free for Venture One members, both current and new.
It is one free Expedited parcel each Tuesday in October.
If you want a signature it will cost you an additional $1.50.
If the parcel is over 5kg it will cost you a dollar or two.
If the parcel is over 100cm in length, it will cost you a few dollars.
(For example, a bolt action rifle being shipped from Ontario to Alberta, will cost you approx $10, instead of $30)

Having said all that, this will save you approx $20 each Tuesday.

Hey troops, just a 'follow up" on my problem, so to begin with I was getting the "sever 403 error" just like most people? I called in and had my problem fixed.
The good news is that it wasn't the computer or browser. I've been a Venture one member for many years and had a client #, so the problem was that I had to create a "business" account and had to link the 2. Pretty easy, buddy at CP walked me through it. The business account ended up being new, and now I can do all of my shipping from home, just print the label etc. Also you get a discount & the free Tuesday shipping. Good Luck.

Hey troops, figured I'd "bump" this thread and let folks know "free shipping" is extended to Nov 7th
