I was something of a prankster. One time I put a ski mask on my head and used a fake gun on the school secretary so that I could get some of my friends out of detention.

Yeah. Forget about registering guns. Let's add GPS trackers to every bullet and register the bullets. If any bullet gets more than 200 yards away from the registered owner, the RCMP will be immediately notified.

I'd get a shell, they weighed about 80 pounds I think, but when I was 19 or 20 that was nothing. I'd take a shell and a bag of powder, I'd put it in the hoist and then I would send it up to the gun.
