yes cause soviet workmanship is world class. they are going to give you a gun for 79 bucks cause you buy bullets how great can it be

fair enough. I figured the price might have something more to do with how many there actually are out there. I'm just a poor fella who wants a 7.62 rifle, but if you just get what you pay for with these russian sks' then maybe it's not worth the trouble.
