On FreedomOrdonance website they sell complete uppers, no sure if IRG can source that or we have to buy them from FO and go with the 250$ with IRN to get them here

Was trying to see what are the specs of the barrel, not familiar which aftermarket barrel can drop in that upper

To answer your questions.....I shoot in the US..... if I have anything under 16 inch barrel, I cannot bring in the US

If it is registered as a handgun, and is configured as a pistol, I can.....

That doesn't make any sense. Yes, if he intended to not register it after attaching a short barreled upper, he would be in possession of an unregistered **restricted** firearm, but simple possession of a shorter barrel or upper isn't grounds for any crime or reclassification in Canada. People have possessed things like 10.5 inch ACR barrel assemblies, and people with Modern Sporters/SLRs probably have plenty of barrels shorter than 18.5 inches in their possession too.
