Check out the mags in the picture. Are they painted black? Covered in tape? Looks like he made his own "mag puls" with gun tape on the bottom portion of the mags. What do you guys think?

You sure? looks like 20" barrel to me.

Look at the handguards and count the little holes on the top. A 20" barrel has five of them, this one has three. Also there is no notch for the bipod. The handguards look shorter. I would say that it is a 16" barrel making it a 551.
