Frog Lube Question

Yea watch out using degreasers like brake cleaner indoors. I was cleaning my Glock out in my condos bathroom and when I lit a cigarette it instantly ignited all the vapors that had pooled into the sink. It literally was an explosion in my face and I had to go to the hospital for burns all over my arms.

Thanks for recommendations for what to use to degrease blued pistol to remove frog lube. Must do indoors, will use either Simple Green or WD 40 which I have, know these will not compromise bluing.

What is the recommended way of removing frog lube from a used pistol I have not fired yet? Thanks. Have been using G96 for over 30 years.

I've used Frog lube recently and decided I wasn't a big fan. All I used to remove it was to clean the pistol with my all time favorite (and yours) G96.
