from 9mm back to 7.62x25

I have Nork 9mm "improved" tok, is it possible to install 7.62 barrel on it?
Will I also need 7.62 mags for it?

i would ask they guy you bought it off of the norks come with both....and a mag......i think i could round one or two of those up but not sure
