It sounds like you have definitely made your decision and would like others to back you up. An STI Tactical model in .40 would be your perfect gun. Its already tactical from the factory, you can put a light on it or use it in Standard Division with no disadvantage. I have seen some steel in 3 gun that took too many rounds to knock over in 9mm so .40 would have been perfect. That sir is your perfect gun for your needs. The comp on the Costa does little other than looks cool. LCF does nothing in a match or tactical situation. Actually much worse if you've ever fired a compensated gun in an interior scenario.
