I like this and intend to copy/improve it. Step one is the stock adapter, step two is the forend, scope rail etc. There are tons of sporterized Enfields out there that could use some love, and aren’t worthy of restoration.

I had one of these - somewhere between 800 and a thousand rounds through it with zero failures. Ugly as sin, looks steampunk bubba for sure, but the bolt catch/release lever and forward left-side charging handle are genius.
