Does anyone have any experience with the front foregrips for the picatinny rail with the bipod built in? Wolverine has a few, some with flashlight holders some without. Anyone experienced these in real life that can attest to the quality of them or anything?
These are some examples, just wondering the quality of them and the bipod. and which one is better.

Go for the fab defense gen 2 model vert grip. It's a very good grip. Well built, sturdy and works well for both vert grip shooting and bipod shooting. Google it or YouTube and then go looking for one :)

They normally go for around $100 or so. I think frontier has one?

i got a FAB Defense one without the flashlight holder. its really good design and strong, when you push the bipod releases it pops out with lots of power.
i dont like the little bit of left and right movement you get when its closed but its not bad.

i dont use it on my AR, maybe ill give it a shot. i have it on my roni.

+1 to what they said. I have the gen 2 t-pod and am very happy with it. Have heard mixed reviews on the other one you linked to.

one thing I will say though is that if you plan to use a pressure switch for a flashlight with it, the location on the gen two t-pod is in a dumb spot compared to the gen 1, that is my only gripe about it.
