Looking to install HiViz front sight to my SR22 and MP 9. Any tools recommendation that I can use or gunsmith in the area that can install it?

I've asked them first for the block that would work. Might as well learn it just incase I needed to change them in the future. $68 USD free delivery to point roberts.
