Front sight windage drum is loose - how do I

Found myself a Yugo SKS but the front sight windage drum has a bit of play in it. Can easily move 1/4" with the push of a finger in either direction. How do I go about tightening this up...

Get it where you want it and stake it in. That drum should not be anywhere close to movable by hand. It should be an extremely tight friction fit requiring a sight pusher to move it. Replace the entire drum if you can find one is another way
