Front stuffer in .36???

Should be able to find such a thing. Hawkens originally tended to be bigger bores .45 and up but there should be reproductions in .36 around.
A drop in barrel might be available from Track of the Wolf for some of the common models like Thompson Centers or Lymans. They may also have complete rifles or kits in .36. There are also a number of custom muzzle loader builders around.
Small bores tend foul a little faster and may not be legal for hunting in some areas also.

Never seen a hawken in .36. Best you would find in a commercial version is a .45 . Why .36 out of curiosity?? If you are going .36 you will need to look for a longrifle. Unless you are looking for a strictly squirrel gun I'd go bigger
I have owned and shot .58,.54 and have a nice .50 on the way, I was thinking small bore just for cheap plinking lite recoil ect. same reason for owning a .22lr. I even read some .36 shooters buy bags quality of 00 buck much cheaper than comercial cast balls. T.C. Seneca is the gun I want, anyone know were I can find one? I did post looking for one, no luck I think they are on the rare side. I have been told Traditions makes .36 in a Kentucky style, but don't know yet how to get one up here. Must do more investigating.
