Front Takedown Pin Length

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you can measure your front takedown pin. I'm trying to figure out if my lower is out of spec or the pin. When I install the pin, it fits flush on the other side of the lower. It does not stick out at all.

Mine R-15 front takedown pin is 1.130" long (not including pin head). The lower receiver is 1.065" wide at the front takedown pin holes. The pin protrudes .060"-.065" out of the hole.

I believe Remington R-15 lower receive is close to mil spec.

Takedown pin not including head appears to be 3.8cm and the takedown holes on the lower appears to be 3.8cm as well. I will try and get a set of digital calipers to get more exact measurements.

Neither are out of spec, it's exactly as it was designed to be ;)
