I'm happy with mine and they appear to work in my M14, but would there be any chance to get whoever makes them to make spitzers (Pointed) rather than flat-nosed slugs?

If you were to order a production run (500,000) they will run them....

Otherwise I'm sorry to say we are limited to what they produce....

The good part is they are cheaper than the hornady and other brand names, so it may be worth to ask other customers if they would be interested in a run of spitzer rounds.
