Frontier Firearms , a customer's Year in review

I have purchased a Falcon Menace from them and they were great to deal with. I was so happy that I recommended them when my friend was looking for his scope. He ended up purchasing a Millett 5-25 LRS. About 4 months later the Millett had a failure and was not tracking correctly. As with all Bushnell/Millett products, we called the warranty center and the estimated repair wait time was insane. My friend would have missed the entire shooting season and hunting season with his new scope and rifle. He called Frontier and they were FANTASTIC about it. They went over and above. They asked him to ship the failed scope back to them and they shipped out a brand new replacement scope without my friend having to deal with the 3-6month wait of the Bushnell warranty. The whole thing only took about two weeks to complete. Both of us were really impressed with Frontier. I would definitely recommend these guys and spend money with them again in the future.
 
I just ordered a Ranch Hand from them, shipped same day. I called because i couldn't get the online checkout to work, turned out to be my fault but the gentleman on the phone was still helpful and polite. This is my second gun from them and it won't be my last.
 
I was just trying to place an order online and I could not add anything to the cart. Created an account and after doing so, I could not log in either. I don't know if it's just me or if there's something wrong with their site.
 
The difference between a guy who stays in business and a guy who doesn't is their willingness to please the customer. It's a simple recipe for success.
