Frontier Firearms trustworthy?

Nice people, accommodating, honest, straight shooters. I never had a single hiccup, but in the modern world of email and mailorder it is possible for miscommunication to happen anywhere.

In fact given my 100% positive experience with FF I would be hesitant to deal with someone who complained about them because I'd be wondering if the complainer had a princess complex. You know - one of those people who expect more than is realistic and is never happy unless they are complaining.

I bought a gun for my wife from them and she had to call in with her credit card number the next day and then texted me at work...awesome customer service. So I like them and would use them again.
 
RE FRONTIER;

Like I have said many times, Marlin has been dealing with us for a long time, has proven himself a man of his word and trustworthy, unlike several other dealers....

Spent thousands of dollars with frontier , always have received awesome, quick and polite service with them and the one hiccup with them I had (order slipped through the cracks during a high volume of orders, like 10 in 2 months ) I contacted them letting them know what was missing and it was to my door in 4 days . I will be dealing with them almost exclusively due to the service they give me time and time again

I've had two mistakes dealing with frontier over the years.

the first, there was some confusion about a clearance item that was out of stock. resolved quickly.

the second, they sent me extra mags with the order of a rifle :p I asked them if they wanted me to send them back or pay for them, and they seemed to be happy knowing that I got a good deal lol.

go through with your deal. if you aren't happy, call them up. these guys like to have everyone happy at the end of the day.
 
I'm not saying not to buy from them, but my first and currently last gun bought from them got shipped out with part of my address missing so it ended up getting shipped back to them the first time.

Second time when it showed up, the stock was split. It wasn't damaged from shipping, just cracked from the get go.

Buy away I guess as 98% say its fine, I just won't be.
 
Made my first puchase through them. They were great and the shipping price was so good I thought it was an inaccurate estimate. When I called to check the shipping quote they said a lot of people assume the shipping quote is a mistake (in the customers favor). Would definitely buy from them again.
