Just a quick post to praise the guys at Frontier Firearms.

Excellent service not seen anywhere else.

I purchased a norinco M93... The gun turned out to be defective. Took it to the range and would only shoot the first round. I field stripped it and sure enough the recoil spring and guide rod went flying. Lost them both.

At this point I was not sure if the gun was defective or perhaps had been me for whatever reason. Anyway, I called and explained I had lost the 2 parts. No problem, they send me free of charge a replacement spring and guide rod. Within few days got the parts but the gun turned out indeed defective. Called them again, no problem, sent the gun back a week later got a brand new one, yet again free shipping....

Now this is what I call service and mostly, after the sale which is basically the most important part.

Thank you guys. You got a loyal customer...
 
That is excellent customer service. I have not dealt with Frontier Firearms in the past but it is good to know that they go the extra mile to keep customers happy.
 
I'm glad you had a positive experience. My own experience with them was them not only refusing to help me find parts for a Rossi rifle they had sold my brother, but also refusing to tell me who the importer was ("they wouldn't deal with you direct, anyway") and being completely unapologetic that a 2-year old, $800 rifle was now useless. Fortunately I received much more considerate service from the US market importer, or this desireable rifle might be a wall hanger.
 
I've had two great experiences buying guns from them, my only wish is they had more of a selection. I know i'm being a bit foolish in that they couldn't have in stock every gun one would like to buy. C'est la vie !
