FRT for 870 Magnum/ 14" barrel

Has anyone got the FRT for a Remington 870 Magnum with a 14" barrel?
I looked through the sticky above and did not see that combination.

Never mind I just talked with a friendly tech at the CFC and he informed me that there was no FRT so he created a new one that will be in effect as of tomorrow...

Maybe a mod can clean up the messy sticky above and post this FRT with the others together in one place.
