Frustrated!!!

I purchased a used ar15 from a friend (stag lower, RRA 11.5" upper in 223 rem) i probly put 200 round of factory ammo through it with no problems. i then started handloading them with my lee pro 1000 and for some reason when i drop the bolt foward it will chamber a round fine but wont cycle the next one it just jams and dents the case. and if it dosent itwont chamber fully and gets suck in the chaber and i have a hell of a time pulling the charge handel to get it out! when it does finnaly come out the neck of the round has this sticky black stuff on it. i tryed my handloads through a friends colt ar and they worked fine i tryed them in an ar10 and they also worked fine i bought 2 new magpul mags still same problem i also bought a speer reloadin manual and all my loads are within specs. im using cci sr primers, reloder 7 powder, speer 52gr bthp, and am triming "once fired" ivi brass to 1.750". i dont know what is going wrong pls HELP!!!
 
are you full length resizing the cases ? or just neck sizing? and what is your OAL is it the same as a factory round?

Well I would hope they would "chamber" easily in an AR10. Might not be a good idea to pull the trigger though.

On another note, do you use small base dies when reloading for this rifle?
 
When you full length size, are you sure the shell holder is coming up all the way and hitting the bottom of the die? If not, the case is not quite full length sized.

Does a sized (empty) case easily chamber and extract?
 
im using a lee full length sizer die but ive been trimming to around 1.750 then sizing would that be the problem if so why do they work in other guns? i have a few S&B factorys here they measure 2.214,2.216etc mine are 2.210,2.205 so alittle smaller.

Just because the same load works in another AR-15, does not mean it will work in all if it's marginal. What I mean is that if your OAL or the diameter at the base after full length resizing is just a bit outside the minimum chamber dimensions but your chamber is a bit on the tight side, it may not chamber. As mentioned above, load a resized case and a bullet without powder and primer and drop in the chamber to test if it fits. Then do the same but using the bold this time to chamber the round. If it does not chamber, remove the bullet and try again to diagnose what is the factor that prevents chambering. Finally, it may be that the Lee dies you have do not adequately resize the case for your chamber. If factory ammo works, you know it's not the gun...

Trimming should be after resizing. You are trimming to spec, then the resize process stretches cases again to out of spec.
A quick final measure with calipers, before & after F/L resizing, could confirm or refute this theory of mine.
