I am looking for an FSN 01K. New or newish. or where to find the gas block site part. Marstar is out of stock amd moreguns supply seems to be having difficulties.

Any Ideas??

wow. putting marstar and moregun in the same sentence .

firstly, i dont recall moregun ever selling FSN .

secondly, there was only 50 FSN-01K brought into the country and they were sold out rather quickly .

thirdly, i dont believe marstar made the gas block available separately, i can see the gas block would make an interesting project. hmmm , my CSA 7.5" with FSN gas block .

fourth , i saw one or maybe two FSN krink come up on EE this year , one from fella out of BC . iirc , he was asking $1200 .

I have to say those FSN01K gas blocks are ####ing hot. It would be cool if NEA built an aftermarket gas block like that for the carbines. I realize that is probably impractical and the factory ones are fine and offer a longer sight radius and I would probably never end up mounting the K style block and overall it's a stupid idea.

But #### those K blocks look cool.
 
I put mine up in the EE for a week or two. I think I listed at $1200 but I believe I had my modded AK handguard with it and other bits. I can't remember.

I waited and waited and waited for the FSN01K, decided waiting a year for a gun with a slightly different gas block really wasn't worth it. Wolverine has the CSA carbine in stock now, had it within a week. Waiting for the FSN01K is an exercise in futility.

Story of Marstar's life! When the M-14Bs were announced I preordered three. By the time they actually (finally!) arrived I'd lost interest and canceled my order. They really need to work on either landing product faster or keeping quiet about it till it's actually here.
 
those of you who been around the RR awhile, knows the FSN went thru hell to get here , us die-hard FSN krink fans hung in there for two long years when it was held up at customs .

i almost gave up hope but here it is at last , it was well worth being patient for .

so its not just the gas block , i cant explain it but it still remains one of my favorite VZ58 .

Yes, it's my fault because Marstar can't keep its promises. Good job.

Wouldn't have been quite so ridiculous if Marstar hadn't gotten them close to a year later than everyone else in the country did.
 
Did marstar promise you a m305 at the date? You must be special because for the rest of us it was an expected delivery date, and anyone how has bought norc guns know that expected delivery dates are optimistic.

Want em from another dealer, cancel order and get one from another dealer.
Instead everyone got on a soapbox and annoyed the hell out of marstar and everyone else waiting patiently.
