FTX bullets

I've been looking around and it seems the only bullets available for reloading a 30 30 are the FTX 160 gr's. Have any of you loaded these ? If so what results have you had on paper and on deer ? Reviews I've read seem to be mixed.

I did use the 160gr FTX bullets in my Marlin 308MX, and they shot very well in that rifle. That being said, I just recently purchased some 170gr Sierra FP bullets for my 30-30.

I like them. Shot my cougar with them, didn't stand a chance!

i just got some for my 30 / 30 lever havent loaded any yet but i will. ive been using them for years in factory loads very good grouping at 100 ydrs i have not used any other bullet since they come out the 160 gr is the factory load so you just have to find the right combo and go for it...... hound13 ps try it youll like it
