i saw in the shot gun news last month , that there was a full auto pellet gun form , air ordnance that uses a paintball tank and the gun is belt fed, its called the smg-22, just curious how that would fall under the law being full auto and adjustable for bullet speed as well, ????
 
according to the article in the shotgun news it shoots less than 600fps on compresed air when adjustedthat low , but being full auto i thaught would prohib it on the spot, and i have to many tree rats here ,

Last time I talked to the company they were thinking of doing a Canadian verson at 450fps if there was enough interest after they completed their american orders

as long as it's under the magic number it's not a firearm if it goes over it's a firearm
