Full capacity mags at the range

A simple aluminum pop rivet is what separates me from being a legal gun owner and potentially losing my private property and possibly facing jail time. Is there anything else in the Criminal Code that is this absurdly disproportional? This is why we will never cede another millimeter to the grabbers.
 
Even if there where no restrictions on the number of rounds legally allowed loaded in a mag you would encounter local range restrictions, since I remember this was the case long ago!
