Full flap, lined leather Tanker style holster for Colt SAA?

Anyone know of this rare combination:

Full flap, lined leather Tanker style holster for Colt SAA. I really like el paso saddlery's offering in the 1942 Tanker, but it's not offered in a full flap coverage rendition (I asked).

Does anyone know a good custom leather goods maker that could turn out a lined, full flap chest rig in the tanker style?

This guy says he can make it if you can think of it. Pounder had a holster made by him and it was pretty good quality and the turn around time was quick.
