True, and I agree for the most part. But there is also a way to express this view without insulting the opposing side and coming across as intolerant or dismissive.im a fan of keeping the rifle the way it was designed they got it right the first time(most of these accessory's only hinder normal operation) you want a tactical mall ninja gun buy a Tonka toy AR15
There is definitely nothing wrong with tacticooling an sks. There are TONS of them available and they are cheap as can be. They aren't rare or ultra accurate rifles so why not modify them and make it your own. My sks was my first firearm and I went to work on it right away. I didn't do anything crazy, just an ATI strikeforce, magpul RVG, scout mount with bushnell red dot and a tapco mag. It's a blast to shoot and still one of my favorit guns. Have fun with it dude and remember at 200$, you can always get a second one and leave it as is.
