Full stock rimfires

So since I asked to have my old Savage mk II back from my father, he's been shopping for a new small game rifle. I browsed a few catalogs with him and he got his sights upon the CZ 452 in full stock model. He wanted to go to a .22 WMR caliber but it's apparently not available in Canada.

Is there any other company offering a .22 WMR, or any rimfire for that matter, rifle in full stock configuration ?
 
I vote for the 452 FS in 22 LR... I have one and absolutely love it.

As for a non-CZ 22 WMR in Full Stock, not really sure. Maybe a good CZ dealer will be able to help you find a 452 FS in 22 WMR. I would call Prophet River...
 
Yeah I tried to talk him into a .22 LR, since a grouse head is already not that big at 50 yards...

I'll check out with Prophet River, thank, I hadn't thought of them !

This member just posted a CZ Full Stock in 22lr in the rimfire sales section. . I know your looking for a 22 mag but it might be a starting point for your search.
 
Prophet River told me they had just received a shipment of 452s, but they're not sure what was inside. I'll keep my fingers crossed...

Thanks for the tip in the rimfire sales, I'll check it out right now.
 
Can't imagine it would be very different. They're a little heavier than regular and the weight is distributed at the front, so it's a little like a heavy barrel I guess.

Main selling point is the look though. They're drop dead gorgeous.
 
I have the CZ 452 FS as well as the Anschutz 1418 FS and they are both very accurate. Other owners have reported that the CZ FS is as accurate or more than their other CZs. I have early BRNO #5s and Anschutz 1416 that match up well with the FS models.

About what I expected, with the adjustable sights for long shots and windage...

I just looked it out on Zastava's website, seems very nice but I still prefer the CZ. Now their centerfire Mannlicher model however, I would love one in .270 for Caribou.
