I enjoy their video's but question how much of the stuff i don't already know is accurate when the stuff i do know has enough errors to drive me around the bend....

June 1953 is when Canada ordered the Ex series of rifles - the first series order received by Belgium. The British and USA orders were made in December 1953.
Canada waited for the "NATO" chamber drawing in January 1954, and was testing Ex1 & Ex2 rifles by March 1954...
"Small Arms Limited" ceased to function Dec 31, 1945....and the charter was surrendered around April 1946.
that's maybe what they told him about the serial number....but...
The first production C1 is 1955 dated I believe...full production was rolling in 1956.
Don't forget the firing pin bushing...
I'm pretty sure that New Zealand and Singapore are surprised to learn that they didn't adopt the L2A1...
