You had me till honest. There is corruption and then there is mexican corruption...Mexico is in a multi-front civil war in all but name.
Oh no, don't get me wrong, there is tonnes of corruption! Funny saying they have down there: silver or lead. This is the choice presented by the cartels. Take money, or receive bullets- no if ,and , or buts. Amazing how many would choose silver. Having said that, many do not. When people stand up, they get killed. Yet people still stand up. There is a reason why the good guys wear more masks than the bad guys down there, and I take my hat off to them.
