I read that because of slower-than normal sales a lot of stores are doing their

I just picked up a Bushnell Zoom Binocular for $50....reg$130.....it's a 9to27x50mm.
For me, it's great, the picture is sharp, easy to focus. I'm sure it wouldn't be as good as
one costing hundreds of dollars but I'm happy with it for what it costs.....intend to use it on the range (among other things) instead of a bulky spotting scope.
