G1 vs. G7 drag models

Does anybody have any software or a link that will convert the G1 drag to the updated G7 BC's ?

Bryan Litz stated in his book that you can convert an average G1 value to G7 by multiplying the G1 number by 0.512. Given that the published G1 BC's are very suspect, the value of the G7 conversion is also very suspect. Bryan's book has a pile of data for bullets that he tested himself and it is far more accurate and reliable than the OEM numbers. IMO, the book was easily worth the price for the test data alone.

The only point in converting G1 values to G7 values would be that you only have access to software that uses G7 values, but not G1. Multiplying by a number and force-fitting it to a different drag table isn't going to help. G1 and G7 are really tables of drag vs velocity for a given shape of projectile. You can't convert accurately by multiplying by a constant. As a rough guide, sure.
