G19 & G26 bbl lengths

Well I just saw on www.Questar.ca that they will get you a G19 or G26 for a decent price and with the 106mm BBL length.

So in all my curiosity, since I always wanted a more compact pistol, I just quickly drew this simple but effective diagram in cad, so I could tell how these guns look with 106mm BBL's.

Sorry for the crude drawing but simple is best in this case. The G26 would acctullay be acceptable too, as long as the BBL was ported or something, IMO.

Great drawings Alex, Although I love the G26, I think the the G19 with the the 106mm barrel looks nicer.

However if you look at those compensated bbl's from bar-sto (i think that's the company) the G26 wouldn't look too bad.

Anyhow, www.Questar.ca does not have the G30 listed. If they did that would be a great little compact with some punch.

The original bbl length for a G30 is 96mm so another 10mm would make it look no worse. (in my opinion)

No, the outside diameter of the barrel is greater than the amount that the barrel would be extended by. Hence, "less than one diameter"

Yup, I think I'll grab me a G30 & G19.

Those would go well with the G35 i have.

Of course I still need a G17....
