So, I recently installed a set of night sights on my Gen 4 G19. After test firing to ensure that the windage was correct, I found that I was shooting 6-8" high at 40'... I thought maybe it was me, so I had 2 others shoot it who are also competent pistol handlers and the results were the same. While shooting a Silhouette target, we were all shooting tight groupings in the neck area...

I removed the rear sight and compared it to the factory sight, and they are the same height. The factory front sight was damaged during removal and I just tossed it, so I can't compare it with the new one.

These were installed by a Glock Certified Armorer, so at this point I'm at a loss...

Has anyone else experienced this before? What are the odds that the front sight is out of spec? If anyone has these sights, can you measure the height of the front sight for me please?! I'd like to compare.

commonly, glocks come with the 65' sight, but this is not 100%. To determine with one that gun has, look at the marking on your glock rear sight, the .65 one has like a line/mark on one of the sides. This info is on Glock website btw, I saw it last week when I run into something similar.

My POA is 6 o'clock. If I was shooting an 8" clock from 40', I'm aiming at the 6 and hitting the 12... I'm going to take it back to the range next week and see what I can come up with.
