G22 gen4 load problem

Last Xmas I picked up a glock 22 gen 4 . So I started to make some test loads using berry's 180 hp and titegroup. Test loads were starting at 4.3 - 4.6 grs of titegroup seating at the standard depth.

So I decided to bring a box of factory loads fed 180s just in case something were to go wrong. I also brought my M&P 40 and night hawk 40 with the idea of trying some of the test loads also. I started with the glock and was surprised to see every round key hole . But the other 2 pistols did not with the same load. I then tried the factory ammo with no issues. Has anyone else had this problem with G22s as I'm starting to think its time for a different barrel like storm lake or a Wilson Combat.

Have you checked the diameter of those Berrys? I've shot BDX through my G22 with no keyholes, not like they use Berry's pills in them anyway.

Next option, try a different brand like some Zeros or Campros?

I've got some zeros I'm going to try. It seems the pistol only likes fmjs and not plated.
