Yup, and the Glock is a good gun
Over the years I have seen many shooters try to spend their way to better finishes, seldom see them for long in the sport...the skills needed to excel at this sport can be learned and applied with any reliable accurate pistol, I see many comments on guys like Sevigny et al and how they do well with guns other than the Shadow because they are paid to. Thus is about as far from the truth as you can get. They do well because they spent a lot of time working on the skills, not worrying about their "inferior" gear. The skills are the same no matter what you use.
Lol...it heals over with a nice scar pretty quick

i'm far from a pro at these things, but i find it odd that you'd take a G34 for IDPA. isn't the point of IDPA to have & use a gun that would be most logical for CCW scenarios and quick defense scenarios? wouldn't the thinking be compact = better, as opposed to the G34/G35's longer barrel / slide? i can see the G35 being great for IPSC since you'd be scored as major, but the 34? hmm....
Sorry Pat, but I will leave shooting Glock for you. You seem to praise it a lot and been talking about showing up at the matches with it for over a year and I yet to see that happen.![]()
You sound like you are very experienced. A narcissist to say the least.![]()
I had no issues with shooting one in IPSC 19 years ago when I was up against Open guns, what makes you think I have any concerns about shooting one against another production gun?![]()
You should see him in his raccoon suit![]()
True enough. BUT, if you are buying your first gun and can afford a good one, there is no reason not to do so in a first place.
I don't need to think about your issues. If you like Glock so much, then do show up with it at the matches! As simple as that.![]()
