G36 10/22 stock at Shot Show

Just one question. Is that the shoulder thing that goes up?
 
In the package on the wall it looks like the banana mag is there but the dummy mag isn't? Even though the pics show how they slide inside it?

I wouldn't consider the kit unless it came with at least 1 mag

Why stay away from the Mini? To think about it you can have a Tacti-cool Non Restricted for around $1200 with that stock, apart from the "stigma" attached to the Mini 14 and the scarcity of mags, compared to similar options it doesn't seem all that bad. Am I missing something here? I don't know too much about the Mini, is it just a complete pile of crap?

But sadly, I have to admit I have started my 10/22 and Marauder fund :p

I have heard of reliability and accuracy issues, and they don't look that good to me. Plus, I'm cheap, and $1200 is WAY too much to spend on something I don't like.

makes me happy that i was the first to report about this marauder stock on here on a prvious post :D...saving my pennys for 1 as well.

on my 500$ mimi 14 i spent 20$ and had a aluminium shroud made to put over the barrel of my mini looks like a suppresor. attached with jb weld type stuff, shoots 2 inch groups at 100yrd no problem and no stopages ,no gas back in my bolt system, iv never been outgunned by anyone with an AR. im not saying its the best thing out there ever but its cheap and at least i can take it out anywhere i want cause it aint restricted. id have an AR as well but cant see the cost of it when i can only bring it to the range to shoot.

To be honest, I don't know about the civilian G36, but the original G36 is a select fire assault rifle and the RCMP have proven that their classification doesn't have to be based on any sort of logic or intelligence. If they can prohibit the GSG-5 as an MP5 variant, anything is possible. I was mostly being sarcastic originally.

Talk to Mystic Precision, Jerry is an Archangel dealer and has been talking about bringing these in. He is also looking at doing package deals with the stock and a short (~12") threaded heavy barrel for the C model looks.

Incorrect. There are semi-auto G36's that are perfectly legal.

Hmmm.. I guess I stand corrected then... Well lets hope we can find a dealer for the G36 ArchAngel stock..
P.S. Anyone know if there is a stocking dealer for the krinker plinker stock?
