g36 c clone

has anyone tried converting a 10/22 to a g36 clone?

I have mine converted into an SL8 (http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=324751), there's a couple websites (and even a dedicated forum) on converting airsoft bodies to accept .22 actions. My conversion kit I got off the EE, you'd likely have to search around to find a decent airsoft G36. It has been done before however. If you go for it - good luck, and be sure to post up pics.

I've built one earlier this year out of a 16" 10/22 using a JG G36C airsoft stock. I personally think it looks pretty cool and was fairly easy to do with a dremal in 3-5 hours I guess. I got the instructions for the web.
