Gaging interest in re-introducing the NR lower conversion for the DA50 uppers

The complete rifle thing would be of interest to us as well. IF Canada Ammo would place an order for lowers, then ship us stripped uppers to be modded, then we ship the modified upper and lower to them for assembly it would be stellar.
We are trying to convince them to work this way.

This I can really get behind. Think of the savings in shipping. Send like 25 stripped uppers in a single lightweight shipment then send them back with lowers.

$850 for one lower receiver is a bit rich, I’d take 2, but not at that price, the registered lowers i have were under $200 each

It's NOT just the custom lower... It's modifying the upper so that it can never go on a restricted AR15 lower again... And thereby achieving Non-Restricted status for your DA50 upper ATRS lower rifle...

Worth every penny IMHO...

The design is vastly different from an AR15 lower, and the amount of material is... substantial. It probably weighs 10x what a stripped AR15 lower weighs. Along with the other comments regarding the modification of the upper.

yeah, there is no comparison to the ATRS lower and an AR15 lower. The ability to use a readily available AR15 lower is a great feature, gets you up and running for a reasonable cost, but everything about using the ATRS is vastly superior. It's very robust.

I 100% recommend the ATRS lower modification for this rifle. I'm well past 3500 rounds with mine and it's still working well. :)

An alternative is for you guys to order a number of uppers, modify them and make lowers, then sell complete rifles. I think more people can be convinced to throw 3000+ dollars into a rifle will feel more secure if they receive an actual rifle tested by you than a bunch of parts, especially considering how remington shat the bed last time with the barrels.

Maybe call it the Modern-BoomBoom?

If you purchase a DA 50 and want the ATRS lower which is a superior lower for this application, consider having CA send to ATRS directly. Will save shipping costs at least one way. These rifles cost a lot to ship.
