Marstar sells the dust cover mount. Its in their scope mount section, I can't do hot links. It won't be 100% steady as the dust cover is thin stamped steel. I think a good idea would be to take a Galil dust cover, remove the rear sight and rivet on a picatinney rail. Since there is that hump for the rear sight assembly there will be plenty of clearance underneath for the bolt carrier and should be a decent style of mount. Only problem is where to find a galil dust cover? And further more, where to get one for a decent price? Certainly do not want to be cutting up a 150 dollar rear sight/dust cover...
