Galt3Gun's next 3gun match

Just got word today that NEA will be donating some cool gear including a couple of quad rails.

Also, this year's theme is going to be "Rise of the Machines" so get ready to lay a smack down on our wannabe robotic overlords! If you're reading this it means they haven't won....yet.

And Select Shooting Supplies has continued their support of 3gun by donating prizes as well. Lots of chances for shooters to walk away with a prize.

How many rounds of each gun do I need to bring? I looked but I was unable to find this info. Thanks

Emails going out this week with minimum round counts so stay tuned! If you're wanting to plan now, to be safe I would bring 100 rounds each of handgun and rifle ammo, 75 birdshot, and half a dozen slugs; that should get you through the day. Absolutely no ammo with a projectile that sticks to a magnet and no steel shot - that will get you DQ'd.

Thanks for a response running fool. I just wanted to make sure of the numbers and confirm I have it and if not, order it. After checking, I need to go out and get some slugs so thank you for giving me some numbers!

Also noted about no steel shot, nothing that sticks to a magnet.

NEA really stepped up for this match. They are providing over $1000 in merchandise for the prize table:

4 handguards (FDE)
5 flash hiders
2 brake shields
2 ambi safeties

Added a gift certificate for any TDSA training course (except tac rifle 3) to the list of prizes ($300 value). One of our participants won this at a recent shooting event and has graciously offered to donate his certificate to our prize table!

Hey ,
I am trying to change my registration to Tac 30 and the web page will not allow me. Is this division not available?

Wasn't an option when we created the match and it's too late now to create it. You're welcome to shoot whatever rifle you'd like, you'll just be lumped in with the rest of us lowly 223 shooters. If you're nice tomorrow, maybe I will put an ass-terisk beside your name/score...no, that was not a typo ;)

I own up to it!

Thanks to the G3G crew...Fantastic match today and you were all so kind to the newbie...Appreciated the tips, patience and occasional "look the other way". I'll definitely be back. Cheers.
