Game calls

Searching for some varmint game calls online and would like to know where you guys get yours.

Recommendations for a newbie on your favorite calls would also be appreciated.....

I had this exact same question a month or so ago on another forum and I got several replies. The easiest, and completely free:), was on Varmint Al's website...

Scroll down to about 2/3's of the page the above link takes you to and download the zip file. They may not be the best quality but the simplest to get, and did I say free??;)

Found a cheap speaker system at Princess Auto for 4.99 and I use my iPhone in it. Hope to try things out after deer season is over.

Varmint Al has a wealth of info on his site, definatly worth several hours browsing.
 
In this part of BC rabbits, snowshoe hare, are pretty well non existant. I would be interested to know if a dying rabbit still atracts predators, or do they even know what an injured rabbit sounds like?
 
Thanks for the info, those sound files will work great if I decide to get some electronics to help with my predator control. Is it legal to hunt with electronics here in Ontario?

What I'm actually looking for is the best online store to purchase hardware here in Canada - ie: sceery, jones, foxpro etc... Also, out of the calls available what would someone experienced with calling in 'yotes recommend?
