Garand barrels

Anybody have a source for new .308 Garand barrels in Canada? If not, who has jumped through the import permit hoops? Is it worth it?

I think Brownell's in the US will do the export stuff on Garand barrels. They have both .308 and 30-06. Check their website.

Check with your local gunsmith, you might be amazed at what parts they can get.

I hope to get in the .308 Garand barrels in 3-4 weeks (export permit pending approval)
I will also get. 18 and 3/4" M1 carbine barrels (non-restricted lenght).
